When you book a pickup or contact us, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number, pickup address, approximate device count, preferred date, and any notes you add.
How we use it
To schedule and complete your pickup: confirming your window by text, routing our driver to your address, and following up about your request. If you opt into our newsletter, we'll use your email for occasional updates about routes, drop-off events, and vape-waste news — you can unsubscribe anytime.
What we don't do
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone except the service providers we need to operate (like our email delivery service).
