One flat, all-in price based on how many devices you have: $32 for up to 10, $46 for 11–30, and $60 for 31–50. The pickup trip is included, nothing is due online, and we confirm the total at your door. Under the hood, pricing works out to a $25 route fee plus $7per pound of material — so if your haul is unusually heavy, we'll confirm the price with you before collecting. More than 50 devices? Disposable vapes (any brand, dead or half-used), pod and cartridge systems, vape mods, loose lithium-ion batteries, chargers, cords, and small electronics. Devices don't need to be empty, cleaned, or sorted. We can't take leaking e-liquid bottles, car batteries, or large appliances — when in doubt, ask us.

Two reasons. First, every vape has a lithium-ion battery, and crushed batteries are a leading cause of fires in garbage trucks and at waste facilities — the EPA says vapes should never go in household trash or curbside recycling. Second, leftover nicotine is toxic to people, pets, and waterways, and when businesses toss it, it's regulated hazardous waste. Either way, the trash can is the wrong ending.

No. We send a confirmation text with your pickup window — just leave your devices in a sealed bag or rigid container (a coffee can works great) at your door or curb, and we'll take it from there.

Barely at all. Bag or box them up as-is — no cleaning, emptying, or sorting needed. If you have loose lithium batteries, keep them separated from each other or tape the terminals. Keep everything away from heat until pickup day.

Handle it gently and don't charge it or puncture it. Nest it in sand or kitty litter inside a sturdy, non-flammable container, set it apart from your other devices, and mention it in your booking notes so our team is ready for it.

Don't sit on them for more than a year. Lithium-ion cells degrade over time, which raises the risk of leaks and fires — a drawer full of old batteries only gets riskier. If the pile is growing, that's your sign to book.

They're sealed in a collection container, logged, and transported under DOT rules for lithium batteries. Materials get separated — batteries toward recovery, circuit boards and plastics toward proper processing, nicotine-containing components toward compliant destruction — with documentation at every step.
