On a schedule that matches your volume, we collect the full kit, leave a fresh one, and route the contents for responsible battery recovery and processing.
A note on compliance: the EPA lists discarded nicotine as acute hazardous waste (RCRA P075), and the household exemption doesn't cover businesses, schools, or agencies — generating even a couple of pounds of acute hazardous waste a month can put an organization in the EPA's strictest generator category. Our team completes DOT hazardous materials training (49 CFR 172.704) and OSHA hazard-communication training, and we manage this waste stream under EPA universal waste and generator rules — with documentation you can keep on file. We're not your lawyers, but we are the easy way to keep vape waste handled, documented, and out of the trash.
